HOW DO I START AND FINISH THE PURCHASE?
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: After you have read the description of the product and you are interested, click on "Checkout" button to go to the payment page. Step 2: Fill in the form of your email and Credit / Debit card information (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or PayPal. Step 3: If you have a discount coupon then add it or else click on "Pay" button to finish the purchase successfully. Step 4: Download the eBook presented to you after the purchase in PDF format. Step 5. You will receive a confirmation and check your email for the sales receipt.
NOTE: Even if, after the purchase, you get an error such "drive.google.com rejected the connection", check your email and click on "View content" button to view or download your eBook in PDF format.
This product is a digital product. Once you complete successfully the purchase you will be presented immediately the ebook in PDF format and you can look at the top left side of your screen to see the download button. Click on that button to save the eBook on your device.
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your ebook to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
1) Prove the ebook did not provide what it promised in the product description 2) Send to this email firstname.lastname@example.org your proof, license key and your invoice which you can find from the email sent to you confirming your successful purchase of the item.
Exceptions Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund request if at least one of the below conditions is true:
1) The 7-day period from the purchase day has expired 2) The license key and the invoice file were not sent to email@example.com 3) The proof sent is not accurate
Refunds We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be asked to provide details of your bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
